Homoeopathic mode of action
Avena sativa has a sedative action on the brain and nervous system and assists in overcoming a tendency to substance addiction. It assists in combating the smoking habit by relieving withdrawal symptoms. Caladium seguinum modifies the craving for tobacco and improves associated heart and respiratory function. Cyanocobalamin (Vit. B12) is essential for healthy functioning of the nervous system and it assists in relieving irritability, poor concentration, mild depression, poor co-ordination, nerve pain and numbness with tingling. Nicotinamide is involved in maintaining healthy digestive and nervous function. It helps to relieve mild depression, anxiety and insomnia as well as improving circulation and helping to protect against heart disease. Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6) promotes assimilation of minerals and nutrients and is essential for healthy functioning of the nervous system. Quercus glandium helps in the treatment of addictions. Riboflavine sodium phosphate (Vit. B2) is necessary for metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats and is essential for healthy functioning of the nervous system. Strychnos ignatti causes an aversion to tobacco and has a calming effect on a nervous temperament which is adversely influenced by caffeine consumption. Strychnos nux-vomica acts on the whole system to reduce the need for the sedative effects of nicotine. It is especially indicated for the constitution that becomes readily addicted to substances. Tabacum and Wikstroemia viridifolia reduce the craving for tobacco. Thiamine hydrochloride (Vit. B1) is involved in carbohydrate metabolism and energy production in the body. It helps to relieve fatigue, mild depression and insomnia.

This is a nutritional supplement – homoeopathic combination complementary medicine which assists in supporting the function of the nervous system to help with giving up the smoking habit. It helps to relieve stress, nervous tension, irritability, edginess, moodiness, anxiety and mild depression associated with giving up smoking.
Contraindications
This product contains alcohol and should be used with caution by individuals with a sensitivity or intolerance to alcohol. This product contains sucrose and should be used with caution by individuals with severe diabetes.
Warnings
Please consult your practitioner if symptoms of anxiety and depression are severe or persist. In the rare event of hypersensitivity to an ingredient in this medicine, discontinue use. Substitute existing medical treatment under professional supervision.
Dosage and directions for use
Take one medicine measure (5ml) three times daily before meals. As absorption of homoeopathic medicines occurs mainly through the mucous membrane of the mouth, it is desirable to hold the medicine in the mouth for a short period and for the mouth to be free of any other tastes (toothpaste, peppermint, etc.) when taking the medicine. Avoid taking this medicine within half an hour of strong coffee, chocolate, camphor or aromatic substances which may reduce the efficacy of the homoeopathic components
