Directions for use:

Take 1 capsule 1-3x daily, or as directed by a health practitioner.

Precautions:

Use with caution if you have a ragweed or Artichoke allergy.

May lower blood sugar. Diabetics should regularly monitor blood sugar levels and adjust accordingly.
