Directions for use

Take one sachet of liquid collagen per day orally, either straight from the sachet or mixed in any liquid of your choice.

Take one 20ml measuring cap of liquid collagen per day orally, either straight from the cap or mixed in any liquid of your choice.

If you wish to take more than the recommended daily dose of 10,000 mg of collagen, take the doses several hours apart to ensure maximum absorption of each dose.
