Description
Arthrosan® PLUS combines Glucosamine sulfate and Chondroitin sulfate to rebuild cartilage and MSM for pain and swelling. It also contains Shiitake mushroom, rich in anti-oxidants, and Vitamin C and Selenium to clean up free radicals, which damage joints even further.
Arthrosan Plus tablets is a complementary medicine which helps to relieve joint pain, assists to protect against the deterioration of cartilage, and supports the mobility of joints.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Adults (18 years and older): Take 3 tablets per day after meals, swallowed with sufficient liquid.
Do not take at bedtime.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store at or below 25 °C in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Keep bottle tightly closed.

A very affordable product and it works. I suffered from rheumatoid arthritis and the tablets reduced my aches and pains in such a way that I am back on the golf course. I must add that I cook bone broth and use it along with Arthrosan.
