Delivery Information

Naturally Yours Weleda Pharmacy delivers within South Africa.

Our delivery areas are divided into 3 categories:

• Gauteng Local
• Major Centers
• Regional Areas

On checkout, enter the address and postal code you would like your order to be delivered to, and the delivery price will be added to your invoice.

Gauteng Local

All orders within 10km’s can be delivered within 1 hour from dispatch. This will be dependent on stock availability for R99

For other local Gauteng orders, delivery is R99 per order. Delivery is the same day if the order is ready before 10 am, otherwise delivery is the following morning.

Major Centers

These large centers and areas outside of the Gauteng Local areas. Delivery is R135 -R210 per order. Delivery is overnight -2 days.

Regional Areas

These are all other areas not included in the first two delivery categories. Delivery is R210 per order. For deliveries to Regional Areas, please allow three days for road freight.

All delivery times are subject to stock availability. We cannot be held liable for service interruption on the courier services part.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If we have supplied a product incorrectly or omitted a product, we will remedy the situation at our own cost. If a product is found to be defective, it can be returned to us, and subject to our discretion (which will not be unreasonably denied), we will replace the product.

The South African Pharmacy Council forbids returns on medications.
